Conveniently located on the main street of Barwon Heads. Just a short stroll to all the local cafes, boutique shops, supermarket and waterways. An ideal location for family holidays, right next to Village Park, the local tennis courts and playgrounds.
A light, breezy home, tastefully renovated to ensure your comfort by the beach.
Offering three bedrooms, master with a king-size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. Second with a double bed and third with two kid singles. Linen for daybed is available for additional guest on request.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, electric oven/gas cooktop and ample crockery, glasses, platters and cookware. Basic pantry items including tea and coffee pods available for use.
The main living/ dining area is open plan, with a TV and expansive light filled windows. A play room/second living has plenty of toys, day bed, beanbag and TV.
Fans in all main areas of the home, along with a reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating system and a cosy fireplace in the living room make it a comfortable home, year-round.
The outdoor area has a terrific sun-filled deck with BBQ, hot/cold outdoor shower, and plenty of green grass for a game of outdoor cricket or basketball on the concreted half court.

Amazing holiday.
Excellent property, clean and neat.
Modern and spacious.
It has everything you need. Great outdoor area including small basketball court and swing seat on the porch. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Very nice touch with gift voucher and vine. Excellent communication from the property manager. We were very happy.

Wonderful stay, beautiful home, excellent location
My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay at Hitchcock House. Host Amanda was excellent in communicating with us and making us feel welcome. The house is very comfortable, beautifully furnished and well equipped for our stay and even had a dedicated playroom and toys for our son. We spent a lot of time in the back yard enjoying dining on the deck, playing cricket on the grass and using the warm outdoor shower after trips to the beach/river. The location couldn't be better - walking distance to the shops, beach and local park.
Highly recommend and hope to be back! Thank you!

Wonderful family home with everything you need for a beach getaway
Spotless and well organised family friendly rental property. Everything was thought of and many extra touches that were unexpected and very appreciated. Our family of five loved it. Would thoroughly recommend.
