The Space:

With a designer kitchen you'll have everything at your fingertips to create delicious holiday meals, including access to a seasonal herb garden. Prepare some delicious sides and fire up the BBQ for a relaxed alfresco meal, then pop the dishes in the dishwasher and continue enjoying the warm summer evenings on your private patio, complete with coastal backdrop.
Two hotel quality Queen beds comfortably sleep up to four guests plus two separate bathrooms and luxuriate in a bubble bath for that end of day soak. A third room with simple furnishings is a great second living space, at the rear of the apartment, for a quiet spot to retreat to or use the games and books to while away some down time. A Port-a-cot and highchair is available on request.
In addition, there is a safe and secure lockable garage for your mid-size car or personal belongings to be stored overnight or during the day when you're out and about.
Wake up in the morning and start your day with a fresh Nespresso (don't forget to pack your favourite pods!) before you meander across to the beach or hike to the top of Mauao. Or follow your coffee with a five-minute stroll to Maunganui Road, where you’ll find an exciting array of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas and the Mount Maunganui Saturday markets.

Our apartment is fully managed which means all linen is commercially laundered & ironed, the apartment is professionally cleaned to hotel-standard before and after your stay and we have a dedicated local Property Manager who is available to help in any way, be it local knowledge of must-see & dos, recommendations of cafes and restaurants to just sorting out those occasional enquires or issues you may have.
One car parking space in the garage. (not suitable for larger vehicles)
Other Things to Note:
Please note the cleaning fee includes commercial laundering and supply of all linen including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, face cloths, hand towels and tea towels.
3 night minimum for all long weekends throughout the year.
Easter weekend 4 night minimum.
From the 22nd December - 31st January 4 night minimum.
Cancellations on vrbo & bookabach will incur a credit card charge regardless of cancellation policy. The owner will send the guest a break down showing the non-refundable credit card fee.

A great property. The location was ideal, just cross the road and you are at the beach and an easy 10 minute walk to the shops. The rooms are big and spacious. Everything you need is there. We were very impressed and delighted with our stay. We would happily go back and stay again.
