Aqua Breeze is located in a very quiet residential area complete with bay glimpses, grassy yard for the kids and just 450 metres to Orion Beach.
Living area with large comfy lounge with smart TV and reverse cycle air conditioning. Dining area with seating for 8.

Step out from living area to sunny deck with outdoor seating.

“Aqua Breeze” is fully fenced, has a large grassy yard which is great for the kids to enjoy a game of cricket after a day at one of Jervis Bays many beaches.
You will also have an abundance of local birdlife enjoying the native garden.

The location
Aqua Breeze is perfectly located just 450 metres from the white sands of Jervis Bay where you will find Orion Beach and a 20 minute leisurely stroll to Vincentia Shopping Village where you will find an array of cafe’s, restaurants, bakeries + specialty shops.

The beaches
Closest beach is secluded and beautiful Orion Beach – ideal for swimming, snorkelling, stand up paddling, kayaking or simply relaxing.
Beyond Orion Beach is Collingwood Cove, Collingwood Beach and Nelson’s Beach to name a few. Also just 450 metres away is the Jervis Bay Foreshore Cycleway walkway. Head north to the Hub of Jervis Bay – Huskisson – or head south and follow the White Sands Track through to the world famous white sands of Hyams Beach.

“Aqua Breeze” is located at top end of Foley Street – street frontage is in Waldegrave Crescent. Plenty of parking for a boat.
