staying at Jarvis Bay

The location of the property is great close to Coles and 4 min driving to n Vincentia shops next to the Warf. The carpet was not clean as expected.one curtains next to the tv cut another curtain bottom peace loose. The light for the backyard does not work , another light on the side room downstairs bulb is missing. There is a bottle opener on the fridge (small glass shape with metal opener) the glass was broken and can not be used ? why was it there on the fridge. light bulb walk way next to upstairs bathroom need to be changed. The laundry room needs some ventilations system especially if you use the shower and dryer is on. The room downstairs needs air-condition as it gets too hot because the door must be shut so no insects or lizards go in as it is in the garage. I did tell the agent about some of these things. we cleaned and used the vacuum to clean under the lounge where it was dirty and never cleaned by anyone . Please put the recent photo of the property. Some of the towels need to be changed as they are a bit old and not as white. We left the property cleaner than it was. I have pic. also we found a stain on the fridge like a blood, I put on gloves and cleaned it, I have picture of all if you as an agent want to discuss the above. Over all experience was ok but the property should have been cleaned better especially don't leave traces of blood on the fridge and bottle opener from Part of glass stuck on the fridge broken, make sure towels are really clean and all light are working. I have taken Pictures at arrivals and checkout.

Loved the location. Walking distance to the one stop Vincentia shops and beautiful Orions beach. Peaceful and safe part of Vincentia. Property suited my family of 4 including 2 teens. 3rd bedroom off the garage was ok for my 15 year old daughter but may be too isolated for younger family members. Everything else about the property was ok.
