Recently renovated holiday house with open plan living areas and large outdoor entertaining.

Enter up some steps to Kitchen area with Island Bench + 4 stools, all appliances including microwave and coffee machine (aldi pods).
Dining area seats 8-10 guests
Living area has large couch, reverse cycle air conditioning, gas fireplace and wall mounted Smart Tv - foxtel, netflix etc
Living area opens to balcony with table and chairs, couch with views over backyard and Mt Martha Valley.

Outdoors is a large mod grass childrens playground with play equipment, basketball ring and enclosed above ground trampoline.

Solar heated swimming pool is enclosed with lounge, couch, table + chairs and umbrella.

Undercover outdoor patio has ceiling heaters, 2nd Fridge, 7 burner BBQ, Smart Tv, couch, table + chairs and Chiminea fire.

Downstairs of house has a 2nd living area with couches and Tv. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet.

House has wifi and is pet friendly on application (must receive owners permission) (not allowed in bedrooms).

House is only 450m from the beach and a 10 minute walk to Mt Martha Village.
