Two storey, four bedroom house with swimming pool and spa, only 300m from beach and 1-2 minute drive to Mount Martha Village.
Enter house from front or 2 car garage, past master bedroom you will find large open plan living area.
The kitchen features modern appliances, microwave and has an island bench with 4 stools.
Indoor Dining seats up to 12 guests.
Living area has couches, wall mounted smart tv and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Open plan area feature sliding doors to outdoor entertaining deck, pool and spa. Undercover deck has lounge and chairs, 6 burner BBQ with sink and bar fridge. Pool and Spa are in enclosed area with pool lounges. There is a small back lawn for kids to play on.
Downstairs also features, laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron + board and separate powder room.
Upstairs landing / 2nd Living has wall mounted smart tv, couch and reverse cycle air conditioning. There are 3 further bedrooms and family bathroom upstairs.
House has ducted heating and Wifi (nbn).
