Home was great, supplied well, Great Lake location, good fishing, very quant and quiet. Check in was a bit frustrating as our code didn’t work and property manager would not respond in timely manner. Otherwise home was great!

The house is even better than the pictures! Kitchen and living area were roomy, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked! There was even a variety of pillows on the bed (my husband likes firmer pillows and i like softer and we both found ones we liked). The views of the lake outside the big windows were gorgeous! The porch and deck looked inviting but the temps were a bit cold for us to enjoy that part. Perfect location to enjoy skiing and going into town.

Wonderful Property

We were very pleased with the property! Tons of room, lots of extras like kayaks, paddle board, bikes, fishing equipment and household items. The view from the back deck was our favorite spot to sit and have morning coffee. The property was very clean except for one issue.. there were several cobwebs on the house which were very noticeable because of the amount of Omar’s stuck in them. Also this was very visible on the outside of doors. In all, we would not hesitate to come back. Loved the property!

The person who was assigned to us for questions or needs and said to just text her if anything was needed. I texted her twice with 2 different questions with no response...it was a bit of a bummer because that would have been a true 5 star stay.

There needs to be some general maintenance. Front door is hard to open, the blind in the living room is broken, lights in the refrigerator, laundry room and back bedroom dont work. There were cob webs in the living room window and house just didnt seem like it was cleaned very well. We enjoyed our stay very much. Location is great!

Pagosa Springs gem right on the lake!

This is the perfect vacation rental spot to escape to! The location is ideal – in a quiet area but with easy driving access to all that Pagosa Springs has to offer. Being right on the lake, we loved the beautiful sunrise and sunset views of the water and mountains right from the comfort of the main room or multiple outside decks! The house itself is lovely – immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and we loved the open floor plan with the wood ceilings. The kitchen was very well equipped for a family self-catering. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds super comfortable. The washer and dryer were a huge plus after a wet, icy hike, and the kids loved the games and toys available too. Overall, we highly recommend this place and will remember it fondly! Thank you!
