Guesthouse southern highlands sleeps 40 with functions up to 60 in large grounds

Highball House is a gracious country home set in idyllic Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands. Eat stay and play within the house and its extensive grounds or explore the local village and Morton National Park and highly rated wineries. Perfect for weddings or family events and corporate team building where you want everybody to be able to connect without having to leave the house.
On a single level it is ideal for young and old and pet friendly.
We have a detached studio for conferences, Yoga , painting classes or whatever! It has foldout tables and chairs for up to 26.
Our outdoor kitchen and garden is adjacent to the large commercial style kitchen and includes a BBQ, Weber, Pizza Oven, Smoker and free firewood.
Bedding and Linen included with beds made up on arrival.
Please see site and house plans in the photos so you can get an idea of the rooms and indoor and outdoor spaces available for your use.

Perfect house for a large family getaway.

We loved our stay at the highball. The house was perfect for our large sized families. The land was big enough for everyone to enjoy especially the kids. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Grocer was a 2min drive up the road. We enjoyed our stay loved the fact we all got to stay under one roof. Brents communication was very prompt and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you highball!

50th Birthday Celebration

We needed somewhere for the whole family to get together and celebrate our son's 50th Birthday. "Highball House" gave us the opportunity to do that. Beautiful setting and the house had everything we could possibly need. The Chef we hired could not fault the kitchen but would recommend an electric mixer! Would highly recommend for this type of gathering. The Manager is extremely helpful and made our stay just perfect with a later check out.

PERFECT GROUP ACCOMODATION

Perfect accomodation for large groups. Plenty of breakout spaces, private areas and big communal spaces. Super clean and the propriety manager was very easy to work with and very friendly. This was my second time staying at this venue and I’ll definately be back! Couldn’t recommend more!

Perfect for a group getaway with families

Great weekend with 6 families sharing this spacious property! Easy to spread out, plenty of room for everyone and good for enjoying nice meals and games together. Private bedrooms for parents and the bathrooms down the hallway were easy enough. Fireplaces indoor and outdoor were a hit and the games room and bike track kept the kids entertained for hours. A pleasant walk into town for a morning coffee worked well. Kitchen facilities were plenty with lots of fridge space. Easy to tidy and clean up and just what we all needed. Definitely recommend for groups from Sydney or Canberra for a nice weekend away. Thanks!

We just had an amazing time at the beautiful Highball House. What an ideal and fun venue for a group of friends and family. It's both beautiful inside and out and had things to do for everyone all weekend. The kids especially liked the side bike tracks and garden. We would definitely book it again.
