Discover Oceans Clifftop a relaxing oceanfront oasis with spacious living areas and entertaining deck. Enjoy amazing oceanfront views where dolphins and whales can often be seen. Sleeps 10 people in 3 oceanfront bedrooms with 4th bunkroom. Oceans has a fully fenced pet safe yard. Walk to secluded dog friendly Denhams Beach. Location is central to many beautiful South Coast beaches. Drive 5 mins to local cafes/IGA, 8 mins to Batemans Bay for shopping and restaurants and 15 minutes to Mogo Zoo.

Oceans is a freestanding split level home perched high on the clifftop overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Tollgate Islands. Upstairs has spacious open plan living and kitchen all with ocean views. Separate dining room.
Downstairs bedrooms sleep up to ten with three queen bedrooms with ocean views, the master with ensuite and walk-in robe. The fourth bedroom is ideal for 2 adults OR 4 children/ teens, with a single over double bunk and a trundle bed underneath. We recommend a maximum of 8 adults. Furnishings and amenities have recently been refreshed.

Denhams Beach is a secluded beach a short 8 minute walk. Surf Beach with cafes and shops 20 min walk or 2 minutes by car. Batehaven shops and cafes 2 min drive. Batemans Bay shops, cafes and restaurants 8 minutes drive.
Catalina Country Club and Golf Course is a 5 minute drive.
A multitude of other beautiful beaches a short drive away including Malua Bay and Broulee. Mogo Zoo 15 minutes. Birdland and Batemans Bay Marina 5 min drive. Narooma and Mollymook/Milton 45 minute drive. Moruya Airport is 20 minutes away. Clyde River is home to fresh oysters and great for river boat tours and kayaking. The Batemans Bay and Eurobodalla area is fabulous for beaches, walking, hiking, kayaking, snorkelling and boating.

Soothing for the soul

The perfect getaway

Absolutely fantastic beach house. Incredible location, family and dog friendly, with every convenience available. Sparkling clean and well presented home away from home. These hosts do not miss the finer detail to ensure you have a lovely beach break. Fabulous local coffee and beach options. Can’t wait to visit again.
