Summerhouse at Surf Beach is perfectly located just 500 metres from the beach and shops. This house is beautiful - brand new with luxurious furnishings and finishes.The SpaceDownstairs is a queen bedroom and a gorgeous open plan living/dining kitchen. The kitchen is lovely and fully equipped for anything you would like to whip up. There is a beautiful bathroom and a laundry with washing machine.Upstairs are another 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite and another stunning family bathroom. There is a deck off the master suite with an outdoor setting to enjoy the sea breezes with the family. Our owners have provided wifi and the house is dog friendly for well behaved pets who don't go on furniture.
