Great value for the money. Nice location, close to ski resort, Safeway, and bus stops. Apartment was well stocked and perfect for a family of four. Nice views and quiet.

We went up to Winter Park for Venture Out fest and this place had everything we needed. The fully stocked kitchen was great and allowed us to cook all our meals in residence. The bedding was comfortable and the space had some board games we played. It was clean, cozy, and the location was excellent for access to Winter Park!

Perfect Spot for Both Work and Ski

I spend a couple weeks a year in a winter location where I can work remotely and access skiing. Given length of stay I look for something that is very comfortable, reasonable, convenient to shops and restaurants, and close to an amazing ski resort. This ticked all the boxes.

Great Place

We enjoyed this property! Our family of 5 felt right at home. The beds were comfortable. There wasn't any waiting for the shower to get hot. And the view was so peaceful. The openness of the kitchen helped me stay connected with the family in the dining room while I was cooking. The property clubhouse has a great pool and steam sauna. We will definitely be back.

Location of the unit was great and very close to local restaurants and trail access. Management was super friendly and accommodating. Washer/dryer in unit was still out of order (complex did additional have washer/dryers available if needed) and a closet door needed repair; other than that the unit was as expected.

A little gem!

Booked very last minute and absolutely loved the place. Older property but nicely updated and decorated. Kitchen is well stocked, beds were super comfy, Wi-Fi was great and parking was easy. The only improvements I can recommend is that it time to change the shower curtain liner as it is getting discolored and to clean the stain in the carpet in the master bedroom. These were minor and did not impact our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Overall a great condo. Has a few wear and tear issues. But nothing that gets into the way. The condo was extremely cold when we came and took about 2 hours for the heaters to bring it up to decent temperature. Otherwise everything worked as it should.Thank you

Decent place but very thin walls, cloths washing machine broken and it was known by the property management and not notified before and never reimbursed. So we had to go to laundrymat and pay for it again. Great location and view. Half fast clean after and no extra fees

Great time skiing with sons

The property was great overall. Comfortable. Clean. Good location to ski resort. Only thing that keeps me from giving an overall rating of 5 is that the actual location of the unit didn’t seem to be very well communicated. In the check in instructions, an address was given that helped me find my way to the whole complex of condominiums. However, it did not state the court number or the actual unit number. We had to call the property manager to get that detail. But the property manager was very friendly and very helpful so it really wasn’t that big of a deal.

Location was good, not as clean as would be preferred

This little condo was just the right size for two friends to get away for some hiking and beautiful surroundings. It was not as clean as we would have expected, there was dog food on the floor, and the bathroom needed some extra cleaning from us. The amenities were adequate, would have expected tissues... somewhere. A very nice feature was the use of the local club, the swimming pool was lovely, and the workout room was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with some nice extras like an electric kettle, plenty of silverware, and dishes. The surrounding local area was very pleasant for evening walks.

Musty smell but good amount of space

We appreciated being able to have an early check-in. Upon arrival, the unit had a very musty smell which remained throughout our 4 night stay. There was a candle available to burn and air freshener spray which did help for short periods of time. The master room closet door was broken and halfway open with an extra mattress pad falling out of it. Other than that, the place was clean and tidy. I read a review 2 months prior to check-in about the washer/dryer being broken. Upon arrival, it still had a sign on it "out of order". It would have been nice to know this prior to arrival. The master bedroom mattress was sagging slightly in the middle but adequate comfort for our short stay.

Comfy condo

Comfy condo with a nice deck, great view, and access to a clubhouse with a friendly staff and well-maintained heated outdoor pool. The only negative was the remodeling being done in the condo directly below. The pounding, drilling, sawing, etc., went on intermittently most of the time I was there and greatly detracted from the peace and serenity one goes to the mountains to find. Hopefully the project/projects will be finished soon.

Quick Ski Getaway

Property was ideally situated a short drive from Winter Park. Also ended up being close to Granby Ranch so we went to each park for some enjoyable skiing. Having the Safeway so close was nice. The hot tub was farther away than expected and the place could have been a little cleaner, but overall a nice stay.
