***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***

Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.
***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around mother nature.

Girl’s Trip

The house was amazing, exactly as the picture shown. Steve and Wendy at grand cayman villas were amazing to work with. Timely answering every question we had prior to visit. When they stop by the house or when we had questions while we were there took care of immediately. Little seaweed, but they came by daily to sweep up! We had 12 women, celebrating our 60th birthday! Plenty of room, plenty of fun, including the ping-pong tournament we had! We had a chef come in for two nights, recommended by Steve and Wendy, chef Remy was amazing, you need to have him on your visit! Unfortunately, we only stayed five nights, could have extended it forever! Thank you Cayman Islands and thank you Steve and Wendy!

Wonderful Property Managers - Unusable Beach

The property managers were fabulous from start to finish, and the house itself was exactly as shown. The excursions we added on - boat trips to Stingray City, snorkeling, chefs, jet skiing - were top notch. There were two things the property managers could not control, though. The first is that there was so much seaweed that the beach on the property was not usable. People in our group very literally could not climb over the mountain of new and old, and very smelly, seaweed to get into the water. To enjoy the water we had to charter boats to take us offshore or drive all the the way around the island to Seven Mile Beach. The smell and lack of true beach access was really disappointing. The second thing the property managers could not control was that the local Rum Point public beach and restaurant are both closed from damage that occurred years ago. So, other than a small local grocery store, we had to go far away for anything. So, the property managers were great, the house was great, but the private beach and shoreline were closer to a swamp than a Caribbean paradise. Not the property’s fault, but a big issue.

The weather was unkind during your stay. The entire north side of the island had the same issues. Its all over the local press. Luckily that is not the case 95% of the year...
