Floriana on Charles - Luxurious Coastal Beach house
Our coastal beach house is ready for your enjoyment this summer. It has undergone a major renovation with beautifully polished floor boards, freshly painted inside and out and new furniture. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is light and airy with large windows which let in plenty of light from the morning too evening. You will enjoy breakfast on the front deck or an evening BBQ with friends. The 4 bedroom house is large enough to accommodate 2 families easily - 4 adults and 4 children, or even 8 adults if need be. The external bungalow is very private and like a mini getaway for parents or teenagers. The block is very large with a fence surrounding the rear of the house for dogs or kids safety. There is an outdoor shower near the back door for you wash off after the beach, and plenty of places to hang your wetsuits. There is a large double carport. The house is situated near the golf course. You might see some kangaroos jumping through the front yard and the bird life is plentiful.

My partner and I have been in Anglesea for 22 years, we love the beach life and the bush life as well. We hope you enjoy Anglesea as much as we do. Our family have lots of memories, from horse riding, surfing, snorkelling, bike riding, bush walks, beach walks and so many days at Point Road Knight Beach to remember.
Why they chose this property
This 1960's classic beach house, is just so amazing with its classic floor plan. We have recently renovated this property so we hope that you enjoy all that it has to offer. It is on a lovely big block of land, with plenty of large trees.

As its close to the golf course there are lots of native visitors coming onto the front garden.
