Welcome to Rock Pond Condo 71 — a bright and inviting end-unit retreat offering true ski-in/ski-out access at Saddleback! This spacious multi-level condo is perfect for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and plenty of room to unwind after a day on the mountain.
The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker, plus a dining table for six and additional counter seating for two. The living room is warm and welcoming, complete with mountain views, a wood-burning fireplace, and a Smart TV for evening relaxation. Reliable WiFi and a local-call telephone are also provided. A washer and dryer on the lower level add extra convenience for longer stays.

Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Main Floor King, Second Bedroom Lower Level King, Third Bedroom Lower Level with Two Bunk Beds. Sleeps up to 8 guests.
Location: Just above the Saddleback area base lodge with trail access. 8.0 miles to downtown Rangeley, 15.0 miles to downtown Oquossoc.
FAQs: Two vehicles only- park in front of the condo unit! Additional vehicles can park at one of the public lots near the Base Lodge.
Ski-In/Ski-Out: Early ski season at Saddleback can offer incredible ski-in/ski-out convenience, but trail access does depend on natural snow coverage and current mountain conditions. Some condos may have true slopeside access right from opening day, while others become ski-in/ski-out as the snowpack builds.
