Within easy walking distance to Wanaka's amenities, this contemporary residence ensures a lavish experience without compromise.
Upon entering the upper level, you'll be greeted by a seamlessly designed kitchen and an open lounge featuring a large smart TV and an inviting gas fire. This space opens up to a fabulous outdoor deck, providing a picturesque backdrop of the lake and mountains. Tucked away behind the lounge, a stunning powder room adds to the convenience. Moving to the lower level through the entrance, you'll discover three contemporarily styled bedrooms that open up to the garden. The shared bathroom boasts a deluxe bathtub, offering a perfect retreat after a day on the slopes or the lake. The master bedroom, situated strategically for optimal indoor-outdoor flow, features ranch sliders on both sides, a spacious ensuite, and a walk-in wardrobe.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
The Neighborhood: The property is just a short walk to the lovely Bremner Bay, sports fields, Wanaka township and cafés. Excellent mountain biking trails including Sticky Forest are all within riding distance.
Interaction with Guests: Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

All around wonderful place to stay: unbeatable views of the mountains, location is perfect for travelers, beds were exceptionally comfortable, deck was relaxing and private, kitchen was state of the art but easy to use....and communications were timely and helpful. Simply terrific :)
We loved the property, it was easy to get to town, beautiful views. I was excited to get up and have my breakfast by the fire each morning. Very clean and it had everything you would need. About 20 plus mins to get to the bottom car park to catch the shuttle bus each day.
Stunning views of the mountains in a luxurious modern home! Our family of 5 adults had plenty of room in this lovely house, beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Fittings and furnishings were all high quality and worked well. The upstairs living area has panoramic views of the mountains which photos just can’t capture but we tried! We would definitely stay here again.
The property and the management were well ahead of the description and past renting experience's. The view or outlook is sensational and management unbeatable. Thank you.
We have been happy in this property and extended our stay twice. The admin team have been first class and answered our queries cheerfully and quickly.
The house has a great view overlooking the lake, has AC (which you need when it gets hot) and heating. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything was clean and ready for use. Beds were very comfortable and Netflix works. Good internet speeds for those who need them.
Highly recommend.
We were delighted with this house and if its available next time we go skiing we will be1st on my list to stay at. simply put it was fantastic.
