2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It can easily sleep 4-5. Immaculate and completely new - totally remodeled with fine upgrades. You're right on the intracoastal with an unobstructed view. This is minutes to the quaint and charming town of Stuart. . Walk out of the screened porch and fish from the pier. Condo is NEW. It's, pristine, and in a beautiful, quiet community. Beautiful sunsets and access to oceanfront across the street just a 5 minute walk or just a one minute drive there. There are tennis courts, and 5 pools and hot tubs for your pleasure. Bob and Chris Frank - We are from the Midwest - Chicagoland suburbs. We previously owned a lake home in Wisconsin and had it in a rental program so we are experienced in providing a perfect stay for you. We pride ourselves accommodating our guests so they are completely happy with their stay. That is how we would want to be treated.
Why they chose this property
Love the area, and fell in love with the condo and location with the best of two worlds - the ocean and the intracoastal, plus an onsite Marina. It's in a quiet area, surrounded by beautiful homes. It's perfect for someone who wants the first floor for convenience and access from the porch to the outside. The condo is beautifully remodeled from top to bottom with great upgrades. Beautiful sunsets on the Intracoastal. Watch the dolphins right from the back yard.
What makes this property unique
This is home away from home. Very peaceful, gated community. The owners and guests are very happy here. There are 5 pools, tennis courts, and outdoor jacuzzis. Some of the condos are on the intracoastal side (ours) and others are on the ocean. The amenities on both sides can be used by all guests. There are bike racks on the property if you bring your bicycles. You will only fall in love with this community, and Hutchinson Island, and the quaint town of Stuart, the Sailfish Capital of the World.
