Value is good

Good value. Property is a little tired and floors needs cleaning when we arrived but location was great for us and staff were excellent and responded positively and quickly re the cleaning issue.

Great amenities, very poor apartment

The Sierra Grand is in a great location and has really good pool, gym etc, however the apartment was old, tired and absolutely nothing warm about it. Clearly it's an investor that has little regard for their guests comfort. The TV was small and cheap, the fridge was barely big enough for us, and kitchen items need an upgrade. For the money it simply wasn't up to standard.

Sierra Grand

The front door handle was broken, and the light in the laundry was not working. Also the bigger couch in the loungeroom needs replacing as it was hard to sit on without the seats collapsing from under you. It is a great size apartment, but just needs some TLC. It is a great location and great amenities in the building itself, but the apartment needs some maintenance.
