Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication

Nothing was easy, everything about the stay was an effort. Sadly would not stay there again 1. Need to collect the keys from down the road at the IGA 2. The key got stuck in the barrel of the door had to call up to fix it 3. Arrived at 5.45 pm apartment was not cleaned. We had to go out for 2 hours whilst the apartment was cleaned, which delayed check-in to 8.45pm. 4. Woke up 1st night to an aggressive letter on our windscreen telling us not to park in the spot, that was allocated to us 5. Following 2 nights a random car was parked in our allocated spot, so we needed to park outside in paid parking 6. Freezer didn't work 7. TV in the bedroom didn't work 8. Construction work outside the balcony door We never write reviews but people who stay here need to know what to expect!
