Play a round of golf at Penticton golf course or watch a hockey game or concert at the SOEC, both also within walking distance. Located in between two lakes. 3-5min drive or 15-20min walk to Okanagan lake and 8min drive to Skaha lake. 35 minute drive to Apex Mountain Resort.

My friends and I had a great stay at this property. Great location, close to all local amenities.
This was perfect for our team. We had a great stay and loved how close this was to everything. Would have loved to have a dishwasher but other than that all was perfect! Thank you!
The property was immaculate. Very clean, amazing hosts, great distance to Okanagen beach, hockey rink and convention center. Hosts were helpful, kind and we felt like we were comfortably at home. Highly recommended.
17 stairs to get to your suite which was fine for us but need to be able bodied. Good parking and great location. Clean and everything you need provided. Air conditioned which was a blessing. Frying pans need replacing, no longer anti-stick and knives could be sharpened but we managed just fine. Quiet location. Walking distance to downtown and Okanogan Beach. We would stay there again.

The property was less than a 5 minute drive to Okanogan Beach and about a 10 minute drive to Skaha Beach. Lots of dining and grocery stores within a short drive or walking distance . The property was clean and had all the amenities. It was a bit tight for the six of us as the pull out couch in the living room was a bit small for 2 people. There wasn’t a yard or any area for the kids to play outside, but there were large soccer fields a block away. I wish there was a deck with a barbecue, but the area was safe and quiet.
Unit was very clean. Unit is located on second floor with a relatively steep stairway.Unit had a lockable storage shed for bicycles. Penticton is a cyclist's paradise with safe access to the Kettle Valley Rail Line (both North and South).
Eveythhing you need! We are extremely happy and couldnt have asked for more. It's close to both lake and to all amenities. We highly recommend this unit!
It met our basic needs, but there were several misses that happened.While the host did their best to overcome challenges, such as the fridge & AC not working as expected, the place was overall just okay - beds were not very comfy, pullout couch didnt pull out, kept getting packages delivered to the door which was annoying, etc.Again, it will meet your basic needs but that's about it.

As you mentioned we were very responsive to your needs. Yes it was a difficult week for us, and yet we replaced the fridge immediately and bought two new portable AC units for you. I had no idea the couch was not working correctly, we would have helped fix it. We also did not charge you for the extra cleaning it required from the dog hair on the couch. I’m not sure what else we could have done.

Unit was clean, except the cooking pans/cooking sheets, past their done date and hard to cook with. The beds were comfortable, but the living room furniture and chairs very uncomfortable, we used some lawn chairs for comfort. Unit is small, not equipped well and the flooring/counter heights are strange/not appealing. There were no consumables on arrival and informed the host. The man that we dealt with was standoffish/unfriendly and not pleasant with his remarks. Will not come back.

It’s unfortunate that your wife felt that way about her first interaction with my husband, in fairness it was the first time he ever had to ask a guest not to smoke directly in front of the suite entrance, given we clearly post the Unit and Property as NonSmoking, he has committed to working on his approach with more sensitivity and appreciation. Regarding the Parking, Yes the Gate can swing out and damage a vehicle, that parks close to the curb, as has happened previously to my husband. Truthfully that’s just 1 of the reasons why my husband parks his vehicle there. I doing so, it provides ample room in the ‘designated Guest spot’ directly behind his vehicle. It was also unfortunate that the Guests chose to continue to park a second vehicle infront of our neighbors. Despite sending a reminder message requesting they relocate the vehicle, as to not upset the neighbors and keeping inline with the ‘Check- in Instructions’ as it relates to Parking. Another regrettable first, having a guest, despite the unit posted with no BBQ included, took it upon themselves to Park infront of our garage doors, blocking any exit or entrance to our garage and barbecuing on their vehicle’s tailgate instead, not reaching out to the Hosts to confirm acceptability first. Then when the Guest is asked to move their Food truck so the Host can Exit their garage, Guest suggests “it’ll be a minute”. The Second BBQ occurrence a couple nights later was similar, as Guest appeared ‘put out’ when asked if he could move the vehicle so the Host could exit the garage. The second BBQ also saw the Guest utilize an abandoned grocery cart from near by in the alley to support the BBQ efforts, again in front of the Host’s garage. The Unit has been rented All Summer long with no complaints regarding the cooking supplies, but when the Hosts received the message regarding some items requiring replacement, including the pots, pans & baking sheets the Host immediately offered to replace, the items while replenishing the other mentioned consumables, to which the Guest suggested was unnecessary. Guests showed up around 2-3 hours early in advance of their Check-In and simply let themselves in, a practice that was a relative first for the Hosts, as past Guests would always reach out to confirm an early Check-In was ‘Ok’ prior to showing themselves in, before their rental period had begun. On several occasions the Host made efforts, during the Stay, to promote a ‘Welcoming’ atmosphere by acknowledging or saying hello to the Guests, but the Guests chose a enthusiastic approach to the Host’s efforts.
Either way, the Hosts strongly support and endorse said Guest’s decision to not return.
The property was an excellent place to stay. it was spacious and clean. The owners were very nice and helpful with the area. It was close to the beach and lots of great restaurants.
I would stay there again next time we go
