Very clean. Kitchen was very well appointed. Comfortable beds. Lovely porch. However, living room furniture not as depicted in photos and seating was very uncomfortable, especially for older adults.

Great Family House
Our family enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was equipped nicely. House was clean and comfortable. Area is beautiful. Quick and awesome communication with host.
What a wonderful place to enjoy time away from home with family and friends. We all enjoyed the pool table and dartboard much more than anticipated. Communication with the host was friendly and responsive. We look forward to another stay here.
Amazing house great stay - make sure you get check in info before you lose signal
Fantastic property in a great neighborhood. My favorite "hike" we did was just walking around the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, fire pit was wonderful for the cooler evenings. Would be a great place to stay for a month during the summer. Kitchen had everything you could need and there was a pool table, darts, and a cabinet full of games! The only hiccup was that we had no signal there and they sent check in information too close to the time we got there. We had to drive to the county club get Wi-Fi and then call to get the information. So be sure you have check in info before you get too close because there is no signal. Once we called them they send info right away and it was very smooth. Again great stay recommend
We stayed here with our friends for Christmas. The space was perfect for four adults and four children (4 and under). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The cabin was clean and the check in process was super easy. The only slightly negative thing we would have to say is that our children all broke out in rashes after touching the patio cushions (that was brought inside the cabin due to snow I’m assuming). Most of our children are allergic to dogs/cats so we are thinking maybe the cushions had animals on them at some point. But the kids were fine and we just moved the cushions to a spot they couldn't reach them.

Great Time!
We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable cabin in Pinetop. There was an issue with the A/C upon our arrival that Erin immediately rectified. We were out for the day and Erin noticed the temp was rising inside. Somehow Erin was able to get a service technician to respond and fix the A/C before we had returned from our excursion. She is a very attentive and responsive host!! This cabin was EXTREMELY clean and the kitchen was equipped to easily prepare and cook your meals at home. There is a deck that overlooks the back and front yards of the property. This cabin is situated on a slope, so you almost have a feeling of being in a tree house when you're sitting on the front deck. And we had the added treat of watching a mother bird feed her babies while enjoying a cocktail on the front deck. The cabin has a pool table and dart board to enjoy as well. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. All in all, I would definitely recommend this cabin if you're looking for a getaway from the valley heat!!
Great Place however we stayed cold at nights while we slept
Everything about this property was great except the heater situation. With a 2 year old who doesn't keep clothes or blankets on I need a warm house. With the thermostat that has settings set to go back to 56 every 2 hours it was a rough couple of nights for us. Cold family and cold and fussy baby was not fun. Heat does turn yes, but settings don't allow it to stay the temp to keep warm. Its like fighting with the thermostat all night. Hopefully owner can get settings changed so no one else has an uncomfortable stay. Also does have pellet stove and a tiny space heater in closet but don't feel safe with small children leaving these things on at night. Heat from heater would have been best for us.

Would not recommend to families with young children
The AC was not working when we arrived at 3:30 it was very hot inside the home. We contacted the owner immediately she said there was nothing she could do about it until the next day. She knew we had 4 children under the age of 3. We all had a miserable night with no sleep. She could have contacted a 24/7 AC service company but choose not to. The repair guys didn’t get it fixed untill 6:00 pm the next evening. We had to drive the kids around in the air conditioned car for them to sleep the next day. I do understand things happen but there was absolutely no apology, compassion or compensation for our situation especially when it involved small children. My son is very mechanical took photos and explained to her what he thought the problem might be but she was rude to him during their conversation. She said she would credit us the remaining nights if we didn’t want to stay there but was charging us full price for the first miserable night. The front door lock keypad never worked. We would have to contact her to let us in. We were excited about the fenced back yard but all it was was sharp cinder rock which was obviously impossible for toddlers and babies to play on. All I wanted to do was take my kids and grandkids to the mountains to cool off and get out of the extreme heat in Phx. Considering our experience I unfortunately find it impossible to give a good review.

Response from VrboOwner on 26 Sept 2022
From the owners: "Unfortunately, as much as we try to prevent any inconvenience to our guests, things can still break outside of our control. We did call many 24/7 AC service repair companies and none but the one we did finally get to come out were available. 24/7 in a small town does not always mean 24/7.
The overnight temperature in Pinetop is in the 50’s, all windows are screened, and there are ceiling fans in all rooms but one. We recommend that our guests leave the screened windows open and the fans on, and there is no problem cooling down the house when this method is used. We are sorry it was too hot for your preferences. We did offer to buy floor fans for that first night and you said none of the three adults were able to get them. We did offer again the next day and you did go pick them up.
The front door code did work and we have the record of the activity that shows us you were able to use it throughout your stay without a problem. We offered multiple times to give you a refund for your remaining stay and you refused. There are pictures of the backyard posted so we are sorry you had a different idea of what you were expecting. We tried everything we could to accommodate you and your group."
If you are looking for a super clean, comfortable place with all the amenities in the Pinetop Country Club area, you will love this rental. It is surrounded by pine trees in that area and is beautiful and cooler too. Nice back and front porch for sitting or eating outside; a pool table inside which was alot of fun. Plenty of towels; bathroom & kitchen supplies and ceiling fans in most of the rooms. We especially appreciated the quick response from the owner whenever we had to send her a text. Would stay there again. Thanks
