Welcome to our charming downtown Birmingham home! This three-bedroom, one-bath gem is nestled in the modern heart of the city. Located in the lively Druid Hills community, you'll be immersed in a vibrant atmosphere with exciting events, concerts, and Broadway shows at the nearby Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex. Just one mile away is the Uptown Entertainment District, offering fantastic dining, shopping, nightlife, and cultural experiences. The Space:
Welcome to our inviting home! As you arrive, a staircase leads to our spacious covered front porch, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or soaking in the fresh air. Step inside to the cozy living room, featuring a 70" flat screen TV with Roku for your entertainment. Need extra sleeping space? We've got you covered with a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Connected to the living area is the dining room, furnished with a large table seating 6. The well-stocked kitchen, just off the dining room, has all the essentials for you to settle in and feel right at home. Three bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a laundry area complete the interior of our charming home.

Outside, you'll find a spacious yard and parking for one car in the driveway. Street parking is also available if needed.

We want to be transparent about our neighborhood, which is transitioning. While we love our family-friendly community and have never experienced any security issues or concerns, we understand that guests may have different perspectives. If you feel uncomfortable about the neighborhood, we kindly ask you not to book our house. Please note that cancelations after arrival are subject to our moderate cancellation policy.

The Neighborhood:
Welcome to our house located in a neighborhood just 1 mile away from the vibrant Uptown entertainment district and 2 miles from the UAB district. Our cozy home offers a comfortable retreat while granting easy access to the best that Birmingham has to offer!

It's important to note that our neighborhood is in transition. While we personally love our family-friendly community and have never encountered any security issues or concerns, we understand that every guest has different experiences and preferences. If our neighborhood makes you uncomfortable, we kindly request that you refrain from booking our house. Please be aware that cancelations made after arrival are subject to our moderate cancellation policy.

Rest assured, our convenient location allows you to explore Birmingham's top attractions with ease. We're here to provide a cozy and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service our area as well if needed.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

This is a transitioning neighborhood. Occasionally, previous guests have told us that they do not like our neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about how our neighborhood looks, please book elsewhere.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
