‘This House Rocks’ is an ultimate family getaway in a stunning single-story 4BR/2BA luxury retreat just two (2) miles from the Huntington Beach Pier and thirteen (13) miles from Disneyland. With the amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining.

Cancellation policy: We offer a refund for cancellations within 31 days of check-in, however, if you booked on VRBO or direct the credit card fee of approximately 3 percent is not refunded because the merchant processor does not refund us the credit card fees but if you booked on airbnb you will receive a full refund.

After you reserve we will have sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.



1 month minimum in Huntington Beach for most homes but for shorter stays please inquire for availability at our permitted vacation rentals. 



You must be 28 years of age If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.



No Parties: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed above.



All of our homes are NO SMOKING homes.



Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon receipt of full payment, signed contract and copy of ID, we will provide you with a security code and check in instructions for the property.
