Property was just how it was listed. Easy check in/check out, parking was great and place was comfortable. Bring all items you need: laundry pods, coffee, hairdryer and such. This is a bare bones rental at no fault to the owners. Their listing is spot on. Great stay!

The view is absolutely beautiful and the condo really has everything you need for a stay on Dauphin Island. This definitely an older place with some wear but honestly you don’t notice because the location is so wonderful! Anyone would enjoy it and I highly recommend staying.

Location was terrific and process super convenient, but we were highly disappointed in the stains and sweaty smells in bed covers and extra sheets . The guest that stayed on the sofa had to cover with towels . The extra bedding had not been washed in a long time

Our week in this unit was pretty good. The view and balcony were what you pay for. The bed was surprisingly comfortable which is important to us. I was disappointed to learn that after we reserved the unit the complex charges a 50 non-refundable damage fee. I feel that should have been in the price breakdown of the zillion other fees. Maybe I just missed it. There was zero beach gear to use. For us it was fine because we took our own, but for others might be good to know upfront. Take everything with you for the beach & pool including your beach towels. The pools were great and we enjoyed them a few times. More shade around the pool area would make it much more enjoyable. All in all we had a nice week at the beach.

Best spot on the island

Beautiful beach view and just steps from the water. Wonderful accommodations, easy check in and out. Two beautiful pools and right in the middle of the island so easy walk to restaurants and island shopping.

The view was great. The overall facility was very clean. Our condo was clean, but Bedspread, Shams and couch were in need of update or cleaning. Blind in bedroom was very dirty and broken in places and door between 1/2 bath and full bath had no track and did not work. This was not a problem for us because it was just the 2 of us. However, if a family were to stay there this would be a problem.

Perfect place to relax with family!

I recommend this property to anyone! Very quick and easy to book, check in, and check out! It was very clean and the perfect location. Staff was very nice and helpful. I have nothing bad to say at all!We were not sure how our toddlers would be going to the beach for the first time, but they LOVED it here! The easy access to the beach, and the quietness of daulphin island was tbe best getaway for our family!

This was our first visit to Dauphin Island and we were so happy with our choice of this condo! Check-in instructions were very clear. The room was very clean on arrival. The walk to the beach was described well, it is a decent walk down the boardwalk, but very doable even with beach equipment. The short walk is 100% worth it because this area of the beach was not busy at all! The views of the gulf were beautiful from the balcony and everyone that worked the property was so kind! The pools were a great option when it was time to come in from the beach for the day. One of the two pools were heated, which was great for the spring weather. The only thing I will negatively comment on was the sleeper sofa. We pulled it out to make it into a bed to watch a movie and it was pretty dirty. We didn’t need it as a bed so it was a very small issue considering everything else on the property was spotless. I would highly recommend this property and we are already planning our next stay!

4th of July Getaway

The location was great, the beach views were perfect. There was a plethora of beach items in the outdoor closet for us to use. Checking in and out was simple. The pools were great. The cleaning fee was rather expensive for the amount of cleaning we were expected to do before leaving. The parking lot design is not ideal for loading and unloading a lot of stuff. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, we would definitely stay here again.

The tub drain was clogged and wouldn't drain. The bed sheets in the bed room had some hairs on it, i had to wash them before i slept in it. But other than that it was a beautiful stay with a beautiful view.
