We are Emma and Joel Sim, with our four children Will, Teddy, Annie and Jack. Along side us is Phil and Alison Lumsden (Emma’s parents) and we are the 4th generation to farm at The Rock on our farms “Avalon” and “Warrawong”.
Avalon Farmstay is a 1700 acre working farm, growing and breeding ‘Bond’ sheep that are a dual purpose sheep with wool and prime lamb sales. We are also growing crops with the partnership of another farmer.

Avalon Farm Stay offers up to 7 beds in 3 bedrooms to stay in a restored 1920's farm house within a working 1700 acre sheep wheat farm in the Riverina. Along with the opportunity to stay on a farm you also have the opportunity to walk along the creek and experience maginifcant River Red Gums, White and Grey box trees with an abundant bird life.
