Perfect location for everything we needed. We were visiting family in the neighborhood so very familiar with accessing the pool and pub. Be sure you have the pool access instructions if traveling with children. The pool and deli are a treat!

My family and I stayed here for a wedding weekend. The property was beautiful, the neighborhood was great. Not far from downtown Beaufort. House was clean, nice bedrooms and relaxing. Neighborhood was nice for a morning run, property close to clubhouse. Owners were very responsive and friendly.

Dataw Homecoming

It had been 10 years since we moved away from Dataw. The Bluff Villas have certainly stood the rest of time. It was perfect for two couples.

What a lovely villa with such a scenic view!

The Bluff Villa on Dataw Island was an excellent choice for a getaway. The island is lovely, and the villa sits on the 18th hole of the golf course and overlooks the estuary. The villa is just as pictured, clean and stocked with what we needed for the week. The king beds are comfortable. The shower upstairs was wonderful! The main floor bedroom has a separate room air conditioner. We concluded that the owners may lease that room separately at times. The many windows provide a lovely view. The only issue we had was losing the Internet one day, but it was restored to the area by the next day. With a view like that, who needs Internet? The wildlife we saw was an extra bonus. We look forward to staying at Bluff Villas again!

All good except 1 bedroom wasn’t usable

The view is spectacular. 2 of the bedrooms were lovely, but the 3rd bedroom upstairs with the 2 twin beds is not suitable for adults. The slanted ceiling and poor ventilation made for an uncomfortable room to sleep in for one of the guests. We had to move the mattress downstairs to the living room for him to sleep. He was, and still is, very upset about this situation. We asked for a portion to be refunded, but were told no. The description should be changed re: that bedroom… it is only suitable for children, definitely would be uncomfortable for a couple.
