“Yarabin” is a completely renovated, spacious family home situated on the oceanside of Merinda Crescent, offering exceptional views over the Coral Sea.
No expense has been spared with top quality appliances, fixtures and fittings, and beautiful furniture throughout.
The entry level features an open plan kitchen, living and dining room, a family bathroom and 3 air conditioned bedrooms, including
the master bedroom with ensuite and a private balcony looking out to the ocean.
This level opens up to the large covered deck with fantastic views and an additional deck/entertaining area which is perfect for a quiet read or relaxing time. Separate to the house is a fourth bedroom with its own private deck and ocean views.
On the ground floor is a fully self contained air conditioned unit, decorated and presented in the same manner as upstairs. The unit features an open plan kitchen with top quality appliances, living and dining room, and toilet/shower room and 2 bedrooms. Outside is a large entertainment area and a lovely garden with a fire pit area.
There are two laundries, one located in the lower unit’s kitchen and one located downstairs at the back of the house.
Yarabin is a short walk from Home Beach (access next to Adder Rock camping)

Enjoy a night away or stay longer at this gorgeous, thoughtfully styled studio space which is in the best location at Point Lookout! 100m to patrolled Main Beach, wander down to the headland for an afternoon wine or beer at the surf club. The famous “Gorge Walk” is located only 100m away, so in whale season it is the perfect spot. A few minutes away you have an array of cafes and restaurants.
