HAPPY HOUR in SCOTTSDALE, our large, one story, newly remodeled home with 9 BRs, 11 BAs and resort amenities awaits your arrival. This spacious and comfortable home sleeps 20 and is ADA accessible! Each bedroom has their own half or full bath and there are 2 additional powder rooms. AMAZING! The home is situated on an acre lot in a safe, well maintained and centrally located neighborhood. Your commute to all the exciting attractions in and around Scottsdale will be short.

We know the exciting backyard oasis will be your happy place! The large pool with option to heat invites refreshing swims year round on sunny days. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. A poolside couch on the covered patio provides a shady spot for overview of the pool. The private hot tub is ready for romantic moments with that special someone.

Circular cushioned seating in front of a gas fire pit offers views of the outdoor TV and is a wonderful gathering place to chat with friends. There is a gas grill and built-in bar for cooking and dining al fresco. On a cool evening, gather round the natural gas fire pit to share adult beverages and toast special occasions. For our golfing guests there is a putting green to warm up your winning shots before heading to a nearby course.

The home's floor plan is open with a great room arranged to view the 75 inch TV. A pool table plus a game room with foosball, arcade games, puzzle/game table and TV will provide hours of indoor entertainment for guests of all ages. All TVs are smart TVs and not cable or satellite serviced. Wifi is complimentary.

The kitchen is completely stocked and includes counter and island seating. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your gourmet coffee roast. The dining area has table seating for formal or casual meals at home. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The bedrooms are split between 3 different wings and there's no need to argue about sleeping quarters: ALL bedrooms have king beds and TVs. Bedroom 7 has two king beds. All but one bedroom has a ceiling fan. Several bedrooms have doors that allow direct access to the backyard paradise. There are desks with chairs for your remote work in two bedrooms. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.

The primary bedroom, Bedrooms 2, 5, 7, 8 and the casita have full baths with either walk-in showers or tub-shower combos. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have attached half baths with commodes and vanity sinks. Bedroom 6 does not have an adjacent bath. Guests in Bedroom 6 and the bedrooms with half baths would share Bathroom 4, a centrally located full bath with a tub-shower combo plus a walk-in shower. There are 2 powder rooms: one is at the front of the home and the other is in the game room.

A dedicated laundry room has not one but two washers and two dryers. Detergent is supplied. There is ample parking in the circular driveway for 6 vehicles. Parking of an RV may be permitted with advanced approval in writing from Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Downtown contemporary Scottsdale has multicultural eateries and exciting shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square and The Promenade. Engaging golf courses are everywhere, both near and far. For the avid hiker and biker, there are scenic trails of all levels close to our home. Visit Taliesin West, Frank Lloyd Wright's former home and studio. The modern highway allows quick trips to Mesa, Phoenix, Tempe, Sedona, the mountains and more.

Our home could be your perfect home way from home for a multi-family or multi-couple vacation. You can't beat our 300+ days of sunshine and you don't have to shovel sunshine! ~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 20 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of twenty (20).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

All TVs are smart TVs and not cable or satellite serviced.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.

This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances. Please contact us for more information.
