You will be staying in Dubai Marina, with a 3-minute walk to the beach, outside patio area and direct access to the community pool! The place sleeps 4 people, with 1 bedroom upstairs at the entrance and a sofa-bed downstairs.

This gorgeous space has everything you need for an ideal stay in Dubai: luxury pool, high-speed WiFI, hotel quality linens and towels, and much more!

The Space:
This is a bright and cool apartment with its white walls and grand decor. A painting of a sea turtle gives off a cool vibe, and the long spiral chandelier radiates a luxurious effect.

The living space has a comfy sofa-bed sleeping 2. There's a cable TV and four lean speaker stands for the improvement of sounds. A desk is available for a laptop, complete with a desk lamp and chair.

The sunlight freely enters through the windows in the dining area. Order through Uber Eats or Zomato or cook in the kitchen with necessities.

The stairs lead to the bathroom and bedroom with a view of the tram. There is a king-sized bed with fresh linens. The bathrooms have soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion for a cozier stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have a full access to the pool, gym, and parking.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities. Roxy Cinema and top restaurants and cafe in JBR are also minutes away.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

Many things are accessible by foot via Marina Walk (grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.)

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a waterbus, the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram station is less than 5 minutes away if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. This also connects to a metro station if you like to go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates). The Marina Promenade Waterbus Station is also a few minutes away. Its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Terrace.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

***Please be advised that essential rectification works will be carried out on the Ground floor, Marina Walk staircase from 11 - 22 DECEMBER, 8 AM to 5 PM. During this period, you may experience a minor noise. Some sections will be cordoned to facilitate the works. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your patience.
