This west Maui estate property is nestled within the famous Masters at Kaanapali golf course and consists of a new stunning three level architecturally unique home with 7200 sq feet under roof and six bedrooms and six bathrooms. This property can accommodate 16 guests comfortably.

There is a detached cottage near the gated entrance, that is totally separate from this house. The cottage is not part of this rental and is the owner's residence.

Luxury and tropical charm are abundant right from start as you enter the private gated entry with stone pillars surrounded with bright flowers and lush palms.

The property is situated on a hillside with western views out to the ocean with amazing sunsets from your private pool and BBQ area. The home also has a rear view looking over the 13th green of the famous Masters at Kaanapali golf course and the west Maui mountains.

The main entry is at the rear of the home and features a porch with a rich mahogany and glass entry doors which lead into a grand atrium with 22 feet soaring ceilings culminating in a vast custom 20 feet by 20 feet skylight. The skylight provides sparkling natural light down through the two floor high atrium. Centered in a large pot in the grand entry below the skylight is a majestic bamboo palm that reaches up two floors bringing the tropical essence of Hawaii into the heart of the home.

Beyond there is a 24 ft wall of glass that can be pulled back which leads out onto a vast pool with ocean views, perfectly framed by large mature palm trees.

This home features an abundance of custom features along with travertine floors, solid mahogany doors and trim, with select rich hardwoods on the upper bedroom floors.
Bathrooms and bedrooms feature large windows that draw in the mountain , ocean and golf course views from all angles. All bathroom sinks are custom one of a kind vessel sinks sculpted from exquisite and rare fossilized wood. Furnishings were all handpicked by the owner, and custom made in Indonesia to create the special ambience of the tropical lifestyle.

All beds are custom carved mahogany, with new memory foam mattresses. The huge master suite features a separate shower and jacuzzi with ocean view and a 16 foot sliding wall of glass that leads to a breathtaking stone floored deck with glass rail and stunning views. The bedroom is equipped with a king four poster bed, plus a cozy seating area and a nook complete with a wet bar.

The kitchen sits centrally on the main level and has an Island plus two large bar counters enabling ample space for guests to gather. All surfaces are in rich African Persa granite , appliances are stainless and there is a separate wine cooler. Perhaps the best kitchen feature is the unobstructed view out to the pool and ocean views beyond.

The inside dining area features a rare one piece 'Bo' wood dining table cut from a single giant tree in Java. This is an art piece in itself. This giant table has seating for twelve, with the glass sliding wall retracted, it is the perfect place for guests to gather and eat dinner whilst enjoying the sunset and the soft balmy breeze.

The pool deck has 1100 sq ft of covered porch with two large seating areas of rattan style furniture with cushions galore, located just steps from the expansive pool with a vanishing edge feature that leads to a waterfall that spectacularly drops 11 feet down to a lower pool. The porch also houses a teak dining area for up to eight.

There are plenty of luxurious lounging chairs for you to relax while enjoying the warmth of the sun and the spectacular ocean view or sunset. Off to the side of the pool deck is a large spa and a tented barbecue area with travertine backdrop, with a large grill, separate griddle, sink and refrigerator. It also has additional covered dining area for six. Behind the barbecue is a private outdoor shower, toilet and sink.
All of this is wrapped with tropical vegetation and ocean views.

The house has three levels and the lower level features a kitchenette with a bar and a 'man cave’ with large flat screen tv and comfortable sofa and seating, along with game areas for kids, bathrooms, and laundry room. There is another laundry area in the home, on the very top floor, where four of the bedrooms are located.

Should you decide to enjoy the Hawaiian luxury life style without the natural Hawaiian breeze, this house is equipped with two large centralized A/C systems that reach all rooms. There are four separate communal seating areas with flat screen TV's.

The street the property is located on is a quiet cul-de-sac of fifteen homes that is surrounded by the Masters at Kaanapali golf course.
