Enjoy a peaceful getaway in a newly constructed 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Suite just minutes away from downtown Langford, and 20 minutes away from downtown Victoria.

Explore the area and enjoy our beautiful island where you can shop, hike, golf, and enjoy the many restaurants the area has to offer.

Your vacation suite is equipped with a combo washer/dryer unit, fridge, stove, tv, king size bed, and sofa bed.

The home has three units with permanent tenants, upstairs and beside this unit. There is no driveway parking available, however there is plenty of street parking. Also should be noted that there is no access to the backyard.

Nice spacious suite

We were impressed with how spacious the suite is, in a very quiet cul-de-sac. All the amenities we needed for a nearly week long stay were close by (groceries, gas) and located close to highway for quick travel into a Victoria. Main bed was quite comfortable, the flip out sofa bed was okay for one person only. On street parking was readily available, other tenants in building were mostly unnoticed other than on our last night they were smoking in rear yard right beside air conditioning unit. Communication with host was our only concern, question sent to them was never answered during our stay.
