The perfect house for an extended family stay

So close to Christchurch Hospital- we were able to conveniently visit my Aunt who was recovering from surgery. The three bedroom and three bathroom set up is fantastic. Our only criticism would be that there was no clothes dryer.

Beautiful house in quiet suburb

House was beautifully clean and well presented. But wiuld have been nice to know there was a noisy building site immediately Behind house…. I was trying to work so this was an issue.. not an issue if uou ate out all day. Very dark small yard which got no sun at all - so not useable as very dark and cold. Very comfortable house but no very local amenities…

On the whole the property was perfect thank you. The instruction pamphlets took too long to find and when I rang your 0800 number on arrival I gave up waiting for it to be answered.
