No Terrace, No conditioner,coffee stains

We were supposed to get a 1 bedroom with terrace, and there was no terrace Also, extra comforter had coffee stains 2 shampoos but no conditioner, & none in the essentials on the 3rd floor, No wine opener

Excellent property

The apartment was better than we expected. It was clean and well furnished. We appreciated the nice touches—olive oil and coffee set up in the kitchen. We are going back again—next week!

I’d stay here again.

Clean, good amenities, great location. Just one drawback: the heating/cooling system routinely kicked on every 60 minutes or so, even throughout the night, and it was noisy.
