This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom private home is a sweet surprise just off Duval St. It's a breath of fresh air as you escape reality and bask in the tranquility of the tropics. Tucked away on a vibrant lane just a stone's throw to all the desirable destinations, this island retreat offers the ultimate serenity.

A bright and cheery greeting from this saltwater abode welcomes you as you step into your slice of Paradise. Sink down into the cozy sectional in the Great Room area with a flat screen TV for movie nights. The kitchen comes fully equipped and offers a bar area for 4 so you can whip up your favorite cocktails and snacks before heading out on the town. A washer/dryer is available.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Move upstairs to the queen guest room which is outfitted with clean, crisp linens, a flat screen TV and access to an outdoor balcony to soak up your peaceful surroundings. Steps away is a bathroom with a shower to wash off the sea and sand. A sofa sleeper resides in the Great Room for additional sleeping convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Enjoy lounging out on your private back deck in the island breeze with good conversation and not a worry in the world. Grill up your fresh catch on the outdoor grill and dine al fresco followed by a peaceful swing in the hammock beneath the stars. This island gem is perfectly located for walking or riding your bike downtown to all the local galleries, bars and restaurants and is just minutes to the sandy beaches of Key West!

This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

In the heart of everything.

If you like being right downtown in the middle of shops, restaurants and entertainment this place is for you. We parked our car upon arrival and never used it until check out. This is the perfect house for two or maybe three people. We really had a great time.

Great location

The location is great for the quieter side of Duval (after 10 or 11). Really no parking nearby. You load and unload, then decide how far you want to walk or cab to your vehicle. Not far from the Higgs beach dog park. Bars and shops and restaurants everywhere around you.

Great Spot

Would have been perfect if it had parking. Great location. Beautiful tree in the back yard/garden. We absolutely loved it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location-5 minute bike to Ft. Zach beach, next door to the outstanding Rum Bar, short walk to our fav restaurant Banana Cafe. Quiet end of Duval. Beautiful and very private backyard. Clean and accommodating interior. I could go on & on. Excellent customer service - they even logged out my Direct TV account for me after we left! We will book again next trip to Key West without a doubt.
