This unit features an updated kitchen with an island for easy meal preparations. The air-conditioned living room features comfortable seating & a flat screen TV. The living room opens up to a private patio which is located closely to the pool entrance.

On the 2nd floor of this unit is the air-conditioned primary bedroom, equipped with a brand-new queen bed, flatscreen TV, courtyard facing balcony & ensuite bathroom. Beyond that is another full bathroom, the laundry area with brand-new washer & dryer & another bedroom with 2 twin beds. On the 3rd floor is an open loft area, with a full-size futon & TV. In addition to the loft, there is a small bonus room that has 1 twin bed in it for additional space. Relax or sunbathe from the rooftop balcony.


Pool Hours are seasonal. Open daily July and August. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: Pool could be closed or have limited days and hours the last 2 weeks weeks in August, due to lack of lifeguards

There are many local attractions including Hyannis Harbor, Hy-Line Cruises, Main Street Hyannis (Restaurants & Shops), Veterans Memorial Park/Beach, Kalmus Beach, JFK Museum.

State and local taxes of 14.45% apply. SATURDAY to SATURDAY RENTAL. $175 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee. $500 Refundable Security Deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING. Linens & towels included for a fee of $80.00. The Yachtsman Condominium Rentals are spacious, multi-level townhouses offering comfort, convenience & retreat. Your private beach home features decks, views & privacy, the perfect Cape Cod location. You will find both vacation rentals & owner-occupied units mixed throughout the property. In order to provide a quiet, relaxing atmosphere for your vacation pleasure, Condominium Rules and Regulations are strictly enforced.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
