Heart of Old Town Scottsdale, directly across from Fashion Square Mall, walking distance to shops, restaurants and night life. Lots of natural sunlight, lush green mature trees, first floor unit, covered shared parking. A heated pool with BBQ and 2 rec rooms. The best amenity, however, is the location of Camelback House where you are close to everything Scottsdale has to offer! We would be happy to host!

Great little spot

The place was clean and ready when we arrived. It smelled faintly of smoke but otherwise was nice. It’s in a good location for old town and it’s not far to new Scottsdale if you have a car. Would recommend staying here.

Everything fine , but it smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived. Once we aired it out , the smell dissipated. Garbage disposal made noise like it had metal in it.

Would stay again but...

We were disappointed that it was listed as a 1st floor apt when it was actually on the 2nd floor. The smoke detector was chirping when we arrived. Had to pull it down and remove the battery. Both TVs still didn't work even though they had been mentioned by a previous renter. Juan talked us through getting at least the livingroom TV to get Netflix on it. We were never able to watch the local news and weather reports which was very disapppointing. There were SO many lightbulbs that were burned out! We had to shuffle the bulbs around so we had them in the places we really needed them. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. We discovered the fan wasn't even plugged in. Tryed plugging it back in but it made an aweful noise. I figured something was up when I saw 2 bottles of air freshener on the bathroom vanity! Different chairs are needed on the balcony. It would have been nice to sit outside to enjoy the view of the pool area and beautiful grounds and the sunshine but the sides of the balcony are solid wood and, sitting in the chairs that were there, we couldn't look anywhere but straight up! All that being said, the place was very nice. It was centrally located for all the places we were visiting. It was very quiet and clean and the bed was very comfy. We would stay there again with hopes that all these mostly cosmetic items will have been addressed.

Great location. TVs didn’t work

We loved the property and the location. We were unable to get either of the 2 tvs to work and didn’t really have time to wait around for someone to come fix them so we went without tv during our entire stay. Unit was clean and very comfortable
