It was okay.

The place & location was okay. Check-In process was terrible as we never received the check-in details & had to call VRBO twice to get in contact with the host. Location was okay, seemed a little sketch when we arrived. There is no lighting except for some lamps in the bedroom so VERY dim, the outlets didn’t hold a charging unit, the queen size bed was broken as you lay at an incline & the middle sinks in, cheaply done & the bathroom could use some more washcloths as there was 2 provided. The living area was nice & upon arrival it was clean! Overall it was okay but it could’ve been better for 600$ spent.

Could have been better

Very few utensils in kitchen and the futon was broken. The plug-ins in bedroom did not hold a plug for charging phones. The lights in bedroom were so dim you couldn’t read a book. No instructions were given for checkin or checkout. Not impressed.

Inexpensive, great location, lacks cleanliness

This property has the potential to be amazing. The complex it is in is so quiet and has a great pool and spa right outside the patio door, plus covered parking. The location is also great, so close to old town Scottsdale and seems to be a safe area. The biggest negative for us was that it didn’t feel clean. The pillows were stained, the mattress was stained and didn’t have a mattress cover on it (just sheets on top of a bare mattress). The towels were probably clean, but some had stains on them. The first thing we did upon arrival was go to the store to get laundry soap so I could re wash everything just for peace of mind. Thank goodness for the washer and dryer which worked great and dried things quickly. The queen bed frame has been repaired using a block of wood but, it still seems to still be a little unstable. Also, the bunk bed makes a squeaking noise every time my son barely moved (he was sleeping on the bottom bunk).

Family vacation

We came to Phoenix to visit family and we found this place never been in one before it was great we would do it again the only thing is the AC went out on us the first night we were there but they fixed it right away we had a light out in the kitchen better than that or stay was pretty good for the price that it was maybe an extra TV in the room like in the living room instead of just in the bedroom would be nice.
