Suitable for biking, running and walking on river valley in summer. Located just beside the Candy Cane Lane, one of the most famous tourist spots in the Capital City in winter. Minutes drive to University, Hospitals, Royal Alberta Museum, Rogers Place. Easy access to Whitemud Drive and Yellowhead Trail makes the commute easy and convenient.
