Welcome to our home on the river with a private pontoon! Imagine waking up to the gentle sounds of the river, with panoramic views stretching as far as the eye can see. The pontoon offers endless possibilities for relaxation and adventure. Step inside and discover a sanctuary of elegance and modern comfort. The master bedroom boast river views.
Outside, the private pontoon provides easy access to fishing ( fishing rods supplied) and kayaking( supplied). Embrace the endless possibilities that await you on the water's edge.

Short walk or bike ride ( bikes supplied) to Mooloolaba beach and Esplanade. Our home offers 4 spacious bedrooms all with air conditioning.
Sofa lounge that offers an extra two sleeping options. We have just added external security cameras located at the driveway , pontoon and entrance to our home for added security for our guests and to monitor our home when it is vacant. Our cleaner also makes and decorates cakes. If you are staying for a special occasion we can arrange a special cake to be delivered with a 15% discount on orders received whilst at the house. Fantastic!

We were so impressed! The house was lovely so well equipped and very spacious. Plenty of amenities . A lovely walk into the wharf / esplanade, only about 20 minutes along the canals. A few fish caught and crabs as well.Pool was a lovely temperature and house had plenty of towels which was appreciated.Overall we loved our stay, and would recommend 100%

Great House - Great Location

We enjoyed a great family weekend, plenty of the room for everyone from 3yr old to 80 year old. Enjoyed the open living area the pool and fishing from the Jetty. Good for everyone.

The children absolutely loved the house! The pool was a huge hit, and being close to the water was a big plus. The location near shops was ideal, and the children want to return for a longer holiday at this venue. I was very happy with the booking!

Family getaway

We had the best time in this property, the grand kids loved checking the crab pots and fishing from the private jetty. There was space for everyone to be together or separately if you needed your own space. They supplied portable cot and there were toys for the kids. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is very private and we all had hours of fun in there. The location is great as it is so close to great restaurants and beaches. We booked this house so that our family could all be together and it was perfect. Natalie the host replies promptly and is very accommodating. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property.

Great stay with family

Absolutely amazing property to stay and relax with family and/or friends to unwind. Large home with everything you need and plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped, we made use of the fishing gear as well as the kayaks and games, fun for everyone. Nat was very helpful and quick to respond when messaged and would recommend this house to all my friends and family that is for sure!!

This property is just beautiful and an amazing location for a family holiday. Kids played on the beach all day and the adults spent the day taking in the view and fishing. Didn’t even come close to using all the extra facilities/inclusions as there is so much, everything you need! 100% recommend!

Stunning home close to everything

This house had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family with so much space yet it felt homely. Awesome spot, so close to the Mooloolaba wharf/front. We walked/rode bikes provided from the property (how cool) of an afternoon for a look. Staying here in Summer would be so good with the pool but the winter sunsets looking over the canal were hard to top! 11/10 stay

Great week with friends in a beautiful property

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Natalie was great to deal with and the house was fantastic to celebrate a 60th birthday. We even caught some fish & mud crabs!

Beautiful House Let Down by Management

We loved the house. It is beautiful and we all enjoyed the location. Unfortunately when we arrived the lounge,dining had not been cleaned and we were happy to vacuum. The bins in the kitchen had not been cleaned and there were no liners, the downstairs bed was not made up. We were happy to do this too however there were no towels in any of the bathrooms apart from 3 wet towels on the clothes airer in the laundry. We discovered all the remainder of towels, bathmats and tea towels dirty in the laundry basket. We went to wash these and the washing machine drum was dirty and so we had to clean that before use. When we went to use the drier to dry some towels the filters were clogged and we had to clean that prior to being able to use it! At this point we were not happy! The fishing rods did not have line so we went and bought new rods to use. We had no hot water for the last 2 days at the house! We paid top money for the property as it was Easter and we were happy to do so but under the circumstances feel we were let down and I would expect some compensation for the issues we experienced. I could not contact STAYZ. This was our experience and it was unfortunate but the house is really lovely and so well equipped that I would stay there again if the management lifted their game. They should be checking the house prior to guests arriving.

Great view

From as soon as you open the front door, the view throughout the house was spectacular. It was like you were living in a mansion on the water with all the facilities that you could ask for. The cleanliness and facilities are excellent. I would recommend this for a large group, like we had eight adults, or even a family with some children, we all felt like we were living four days as kings
