This townhouse boasts the corner position of the complex and is located straight across the road from North Peregian Beach and is within walking distance of Peregian main beach and village. The main beach is patrolled all year round and North Peregian beach is patrolled during summer school holidays.

The downstairs level has an open plan living, dining and kitchen with a European laundry beside the kitchen.
There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the living room for year round comfort.

Upstairs is the two bedrooms and the bathroom with a separate toilet. The master bedroom has a balcony with views out to the ocean. The second bedroom has two single beds and a lounge. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

The complex has a pool for your enjoyment.

Quiet and Comfortable

Since it was a heatwave we valued the air conditioning! We are elderly, and the toilet being upstairs only was a bit of a negative. But we enjoyed the peace and quality.
