Welcome to my Simple & bright newly renovated home. It has a fully furnished, main level with two queen bedrooms. our home offers an open and spacious kitchen dining and sitting room overlooking the beach, historic smoke sheds, tidal creek, and the ocean. You will have full access to the Main Level of the home. I reside in the Lower Level. During your stay you will park in the upper driveway and use the main entrance door with the keypad.

Jennifer’s home is delightfully furnished and laid out, and nestled in the quiet and beautiful village of Seal Cove. We had all we needed to make breakfast and dinner at home on some days while eating out other times. We’ve already booked for next summer!
seal cove and surrounding area beautiful we only had 1 roll of. toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days also 1 bath
towel, 1 face cloth 1 handtowel each for 4 days, water had strange smell to it could not drink it had to buy water
was not informed of this patio was removed could not go out and enjoy the sun in privacy, I think if these things were worked out it would not be an ok place to stay not enough coffee mugs was a place to stay sorry will not return

Bad weather
While we were at this property there was a bad storm . One night we lost shingles on one side of the house the next night the other side. We were very stressed out and decided to leave early. Communicating with the owner has not been great. She has said she will refund us something but as of this time nothing. We didnt feel that the place was very well stocked with extra linen and cleaning supplies.
Unique Island with many photographic sites and friendly people. Always a wave from oncoming cars !
Lovely quality renovated home with views of cove and tidal river. Short drives to both ends of Island. Some work still to be done, mainly building a deck in back for landing of back door and outside enjoyment of views and BBQ. We enjoyed our visit even with 1 and 1/2 days of rain out of a 3 night visit !
What a sweet, newly renovated, and delightfully decorated cottage. So very comfortable, large windows that allow views of the beach when the fog isn’t rolling in, but even then, the fog lends an air of mystery to your special vacation. Great spot from which to explore - don’t miss the southern end lighthouse area and Dark Harbor for a memorable sunset.

This Property is perfectly situated in the most picturesque village of Seal Cove, Grand Manan Island. All of the windows boast a fantastic view. The cottage is quiet and modest, simple and memorable.
What makes this property unique
Both Bedrooms have a sprawling beach and ocean view. If you are lucky enough to sleep on the pull out couch, you'll have the grandest view of all! The kitchen is stocked with most everything you'll need. be sure to check the Freezer and use what you see. While hosting, I reside in the lower level of the home. You will have full access to the main level and its accommodation for your stay. You will park in the upper driveway and use the Main door with the Keypad.
I will park in the lower driveway near the carport and may use the parking space along side the road. We operate our landscaping business from this area and will be mindful of noise.
