About this property

Modern 1 bedroom suite near trails, lakes and beaches.

Private above-ground suite in a prestigious and quiet neighborhood in North Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. Child friendly location. Hiking trails and kids playground at a walking distance.

Few minutes to the beaches, 15 minutes to Nanaimo downtown, 20 minutes from Nanaimo airport and 10 minutes to the main shopping mall.

Access to tons of wildlife, beaches and the scenery of Vancouver Island.

The suite is above the ground with a private entrance, own washer and dryer, bedroom, living space, a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. Note that the unit is accessed via stairs.
