Great Location
This is a nice home centrally located to train stations. We did have an issue with the beds as there were no actual mattresses, just pads. The 2 queen bed mats slipped and slid on the wood bed platforms.
The heated floors were a nice feature. All the appliances worked. 2 chairs were wobbly or broken. The storage closets were a mess and disorganized, but that did not effect our stay.
Being from US, we did not understand the trash bin system but it was never taken off property. I’m sure that was an issue lost in translation.
The shower clothes dryer was a wonderful feature we learned to use. The shower and tub filler were somewhat strange and poorly planned, but we were able to shower fine, but filled the tub with the shower head instead of spout.
We were able to order uber eats for delivery and I highly suggest using Yamato as a luggage forwarder 3 days prior to airport departure. Their office is a 2 minute walk from the home.
Communication was great from the management service. We had a few cracked or broken door panels which we noted immediately. Again, this did not effect our stay.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We were able to walk to shops for quick meals and groceries.
