When in Japan, we always look for Minn hotels. Their beds are soft and so comfortable to sleep on. Room layout is well-arranged. Location is convenient. And my kids love bunk beds!

Can not check in early, hotel will not allow it. Door Locks use combination code. If you enter code wrong more than 3 times, you need to wait 10 to 15 minutes before lock resets to try entering code again. The hotel was clean. It has washing machine, clothes drying rack, balcony, microwave, and refrigerator.

Building was OK, in 12 days they never did the cleaning, me and my dad are allergic to dust and mites, we had terrible staying because of this, we were with allergies all the time while in the room and the Internet never worked

Highly recommend for group or family trips. Very safe area with mainly locals. Not many tourists, besides in the other rooms. Staff were very nice and quick to respond through the Line app. Quick and easy sign up to communicate for towels, soap, etc. Self check-in was also very easy. I loved how it was all self initiated as it was very peaceful.

Very clean and secure space. Felt very safe. Travelled 15 hours and the easy check in process made it quick and easy to get rest right away. Reasonable accommodation for the price. About 30 minutes away by subway to major Tokyo districts. Would definitely book again!

The building was quite clean but our room was not. There was mold above the kitchen and it was quite dusty on the side of the lower bunk bed and around some area of the room.
