With a great location in Hillsborough, this three-bedroom family unit has easy access to the local areas such as Mt Roskill, Onehunga, and Mt Albert plus the airport and CBD. Spend a day in the CBD and visit iconic attractions such as Sky Tower, Viaduct Harbour, Museum, Art Galleries and shopping areas. With plenty of choice, you can dine with a different cuisine each night or create a dinner at home.

Situated on the upper floor of a two-story residence, this three-bedroom family unit offers a comfortable and spacious living space. The house itself presents an ideal setting for the whole family to stay, with another separate unit located downstairs that can be hired independently making this the perfect “house”.

The lounge room boasts ample seating, featuring a lovely cream couch and occasional chairs. A wide-screen TV takes centre stage, providing entertainment for guests to watch their favourite TV shows. Abundant natural light streams in through the windows, creating a bright and light ambience. The space retains its original charm with distinctive cornicing and refinished polished wooden floors, adding a touch of character to the rooms. The lounge seamlessly connects to the open-plan dining room and kitchen through a cased opening. The kitchen is practical, equipped with ample storage, a convenient sliding cupboard, generous bench space, and a stainless steel fridge.

The main bedroom exudes warmth and charm with a lovely queen-sized wooden sleigh bed, tastefully complemented by a palette of pink and red tones. Hillsborough is connected to the motorway network and the South Western Motorway. You are a short drive to the airport. This neighborhood is part of Auckland's growth after WWII. It has mature trees, and plenty of parks and beaches that are local. It is a mixture of new and established homes in different styles.

Cornwall Park: Pack a picnic and go for a walk in Cornwall Park, Climb One Tree Hill for the views. Coffee and cafes are available in the park.

Sylvia Park: Go Shopping at Sylvia Park or the New Westfield New Market. There are plenty of quality labels and bargains to be had if shopping is your thing!

Waitakere Ranges: Go for a walkup in the bush in the Waitakere Rangers. The bush is a temperate rain forest and a great place to experience New Zealand's plants & wildlife.

Beaches: Go to the beach for a walk or a swim, you have two coasts to choose from the wild West Coast and the more user-friendly East Coast. There are plenty of beaches that are regional parks.

♡ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ♡

✧ There is an auto mechanic next door that sometimes fixes cars so there maybe some noise associated with this.
✧ No breakfast is provided with this listing ~ do take the chance to enjoy some of Auckland's beautiful cafes.
✧ There is no free car parking. There are several car parking services near the apartment which you can pay to use.
✧ Be respectful to the house and neighbours, with no disturbance to the neighbourhood. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction without refund at the host's decision regardless of policy and booking in place.
✧ Form of government ID along with a selfie is required by the host.
Longer Stays:
Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Please provide expected check-in time. Will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests.

- Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).

- Guest must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.

- Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.

- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.

- Carpark can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.

During Your Stay:

- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down to reasonable levels at all times.

- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.

- Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.

- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.

- Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.

Not a good experience
Never take things at face value in this property. While the chairs look comfy the recliner function is broken. Tv kept resetting while trying to login to apps. Shower pressure is terrible. Mould on bathroom roof. Window latches don’t work properly so when the wind blew so did the windows. Only 1 mirror. Large gaps under doors. Luckily we were often out and about. The one good factor was the beds were comfy. If you want to relax at home, book elsewhere.

Close to shopping and to a freeway
Home that you share with other renters including sharing the washing machine. There was no dryer. The location to the freeway can be a bit noisy for the upstairs tenants. The bathroom/shower layout was unique. If you are looking for a home to relax at and hangout, this might not be the right property for you.
