Room is very good, clean and nice. For sure, its small, but if you plan spend all time on the beach or near pool, it very good place. Building looks well, but it could be more refreshed with paint halls and doors in the hallway to the room. Parking is perfect, we enjoyed the pools and the beach.

Good for price

The room was clean and access to the property was good. The code for the garage on the check-in instructions didn’t work and the cabinet door in the bathroom kept falling off. Otherwise we had everything we needed and the place met our expectations.

Tiny room, great location

This room is itty bitty tiny, but it was cute, it was clean, and it met our needs. The resort and the location are great. I don't like getting all the marketing type emails from Evolve and found that a little annoying, but the room itself was good. The view from the balcony isn't great, but we didn't need that anyway and spent most of our time out enjoying the beach and the pool, which couldn't be more convenient. I like the no-contact check-in. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and in good repair. We had a really good time.

Disappointed in the balcony

The studio is small, but quaint. The beds are harder than we would have liked, but fine for a beach condo. A requirement for me when booking a stay at the beach is a balcony where I can see the ocean, relax to the sound of the ocean, or sleep with the door cracked to hear the crashing waves. I thought this room would fit the bill; however, the balcony of is on the end of the building where several loud AC units are housed; nothing can be heard over the sounds of them running.

The resort was very nice with lots of pools. They also had an outside bar, restaurant, plus an inside bar that served snack food. We really appreciated the communication with Doug. He was very helpful and when my husband forgot his CPAP, he called to let us know and shipped it to us. We really appreciate it!

Nice break from life

Not awful. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. I think next time I’ll try to get a full kitchen. The room served its purpose, but it was really tiny. The dorm fridge froze my waters but the ice machine worked great so we just later kept in coolers….. I liked the digital door lock so no keys but it took awhile to recall all the different codes. The hot tubs and pool had some heavy swim volume so that was a little peoply but that’s Myrtle Beach! We rented chairs and an umbrella which was huge! $45 day one then $25’/day for 5 days……all in all a great place for the value.

What a nightmare!!

Did not stay at this crap hole because the air wasn’t working. Was given 2 alternatives to move to, but these were nothing but”crack” hotels. Found a hotel on our own and eventually had a great time there.

Hi Debbie, this homeowner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and they would like to clarify the following: - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered. The AC went out and we did everything possible in an attempt to have it repaired in time for your check-in and stay. Unfortunately, despite our hard efforts, although we were able to get an after hours technician come out, it was discovered there was a hole in the coil, and it needed to be replaced. The coil had to be put on order, and we were advised it would be a week before that part would come in. We felt it was in your best interest to cancel the reservation, again we apologize for the inconvenience. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Not exactly what we expected

Our room was basically an efficiency apartment. We were expecting a 1 bedroom. The only place for us to sit was either on a bed or at a small dining table. The carpet felt dirty. On the ceiling above the a/c vent it was filthy, which showed just how dirty the room was. The overall complex was great, lots of amenities!

Studio condo

The property was nice, right on the beach, did not use the pools ( too many children). The information I received for the checkin process listed a contact person who I tried to reach unsuccessfully. The evening before our arrival the manager contacted me & answered all my questions but said the contact person listed was the owner who was out of the country! He also said the dates of our stay were incorrect & the 2nd phone contact # he had for us was definitely not our #. Our unit was comfortable, air conditioning & water pressure very good, overall building was quiet at night. Basics like towels were very inadequate, no hooks or places to hang wet towels, we had to go out & buy Kleenex & additional toilet paper & although the kitchenette had dishes & utensils basics like salt & pepper would have been nice. The parking for loading & unloading vehicles was very congested & inadequate space. Overall our stay was comfortable.
