This quiet getaway is only 650 meters to the shops and 800 meters to the beach, you wouldn't know you are in the heart of Batehaven. Spotted Gum is set on a large 1600 sqm block, perfect for a group getaway or a family holiday, this home has plenty of space and all the amenities you would expect.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is a study with a single bed and a trundle bed.

The kitchen is complete with kettle, pots, pans, baking trays, microwave, coffee machine, perculator, toaster, sandwich press and blender.

The lounge has a large sofa, coffee table, TV and WiFi is provided.

The house has a large balcony with table, chairs and BBQ.

All linen and towels are provided for guests.

There is an occupied granny flat at the opposite end of the property.

Coastal comfort

The property was very well presented and comfortable. Con was a marvelous host, generous with the extras provided and very welcoming. Definitely worth staying at!

Spacious, quiet area convenient location

Lovely surroundings and grounds of bushland and gardens. Lots of spots to hang out either together or away from each other. Close to beach and local shops. We had to ourselves, no-one was in granny flat at back of property. Bit confusing about the supply of bedding and weren't sure if the food stocked fridge/pantry were for us to use. Host very good to deal with - clear instructions and quick to respond. Would recommend people to stay here. Thanks!

Excellent location away from traffic.

The place is quiet and easy going, it sits in a battleaxe block and backs onto a nature reserve. A walk to the Batehaven shops and Corrigans beach makes it ideal for a holiday where the amenities are walking distance.
