You can feel like you're staying at the water's edge in this lake-inspired condo: Tree of Heaven 1101!

This is a newly updated unit with wood/tile flooring throughout and custom lake house decor! The updated kitchen has granite counters, a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and ice maker. The large windows allow you to view the amazing close lake view. Step out onto the large private deck with access from the living area to get an even better look! This condo offers an open floor plan through the main living spaces. There is 1 flight of steps to the unit.

The master bedroom offers a King-size bed and a twin-size murphy bed in the closet! The master bathroom is an updated ensuite with a shower only and ceramic counters. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed with an updated hallway bathroom that offers a stand-up shower and ceramic counters. The living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, and DVD player. Both bedrooms offer TVs, as well. There is a separate laundry with a full-size washer and dryer. Guests enjoy $400 in attraction tickets with every confirmed booking.

This place was strategically located near to Silver Dollar City. This place was cozy and very clean. The staff were in touch with us from the time we booked all the way to checking out. If and when back in this area, I will definitely consider this condo for my family.

The Perfect View

We stayed at Tree of Heaven 1101 for the proximity to Silver Dollar City and had no idea we were in for the perfect view of the sunrise over the lake. We had a short stay of only 2 nights, but both mornings were spent on the patio, under the fan, with our kids and a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise. The unit was also comfortable for recovery after a long day of themeparking. There was plenty of sleeping space for our family, a nice kitchen, and comfy beds. We enjoyed some family movie time and made ourselves a nice meal. Our intention is to be back and book this exact unit again.

Great overall experience of our stay in this condo. All the family members enjoyed the stay. The view of lake from the deck is amazing from any nature lover. The condo had enough space, clean and well maintained, had supplies that was sufficient for our 3 night stay. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The only confusion we had was with my service animal. It states a service animal. It's like a human you do not need to mention him when booking, but this facility had a big problem with it, and I had to send them all types of documentation and it really affected our whole vacation Because a service animal is like a family member and they made us feel like we weren't welcome honestly so combinations were nice, but I will never stay here again thank youI'm

Very clean, nice size, good patio w/lake view. Close to SDC but far from Branson strip. Only negative was woefully few toiletries! Come prepared! Welcome package was also lacking!

Quiet, lovely and spacious unit. Very clean. Updated interior, the layout, and lake theme decor is pleasant and comfortable. The end unit balcony deck view is wonderful and relaxing--bbq take out dinner was enjoyed out there on the table. Hours of enjoying the view with accent deck lighting into the evening. The condo complex is one of the most peaceful in the area. Perfect location. Ideal communication with management. We recommend and hope to enjoy this CLEAN and sweet unit again!

The view is amazing! Plenty of equipment in kitchen, comfortable furniture, large deck, nice tv, games, very clean, no artificial odors. There were only enough towels and washcloths for one day. We had to wash them everyday. The hot water heater was turned off. We didn't realize it until time to take showers. Took a while to warm up. We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the condo. The murphy bed worked out great!

Beautiful views, great location

Our family enjoyed staying at the Tree of Heaven condo. It was decorated nicely and was a beautiful location; just a few minutes from SDC. We appreciated the extras included such as the coupon books, free Ozark coffee, and popcorn. My daughter loved the extra “room” with the bed that folded out from the wall. One thing I will mention, is that on the “amenities” tab it showed that there is an elevator. Upon reading all the notes it says there is only elevators in certain buildings. We had someone disabled in our group that has difficulty with stairs so keep that in mind. The property manager did offer to move us but we had already brought all the bags in by that time. Other than that we enjoyed the stay and would love to visit again!

Just WOW!

This condo is really beautiful and cozy! Upon entering, you can already see how well they designed the house with a lake theme. I'm so glad that I saw Rent Branson's website online instead of using other booking apps because seriously, they have lots of great options to stay in Branson. I chose the Tree of Heaven 1101 because of the lakefront view. You can see the lake exactly at the center of the balcony and it's nice to sip a warm coffee while enjoying the gorgeous scenery! Beds and the big couch are so comfortable. There's only one minor issue because on our last night, the hot shower didn't work that good. But overall, we very much loved our stay! It's also near Silver Dollar City and the Ozark Coffee Company where they will give you a perk of free coffee every day of your stay. I hope the website will show bigger pictures of the houses/condos because the pictures on their website didn't give justice to how spacious and lovely this house look like! Thank you for welcoming us! ❤️
