It’s always a warm yet laidback welcome at Ocean Chill. Perfectly located beachside with some of the most amazing views across a 12km section of coastal sandy beaches, this house is ideal for large or multiple families.

The town of Kilcunda itself is 10 minutes drive to Phillip Island bridge and then onto the penguins & Philip Island nature parks and 20 minutes to the beach town of Inverloch. The "Killy" Pub is a short walk, as is the exquisite cafe at the iconic Kilcunda General Store, you certainly won’t be disappointed if you like a good coffee!. You are also spoilt for activities from surfing, scenic walks and bike trails to the heritage listed Kilcunda Trestle Bridge – every photographer’s dream, along with fishing & kayaking in the mouth of the Powlett River with its wide, slow flowing waters.

The house is multi-level with a well-equipped and family friendly kitchen, good sized bedrooms and living areas. Two bedrooms are close to the bathroom (with bath), the other with an ensuite. There is a well-equipped laundry with separate toilet and a second living area towards the back of the house, with a wood heater and large balcony/entertaining area with BBQ overlooking the backyard and hills. Downstairs the garden is fully enclosed with high fences

The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to the booking email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam folder for information and instructions on your booking.

Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pool towels, pet bedding/towels.
* Please note that if you are bringing more than 2 pets you must inform us prior to arrival.
Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Please ask us for our pet policy.

On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include:
No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking.
You will also be asked to provide Australian photo ID or passport ID in the online check in process before we can release the lock box code to you.

We loved our week at the beach. House is well positioned (literally across the Bass highway to the beach) and has everything we needed. Tor was a delight to deal with, prompt, efficient and friendly. Would recommend.
