"Located in the Surfside neighborhood, a quiet neighborhood, close to many shops and restaurants, Another Day in Paradise has everything you need to enjoy Florida's sunshine. It boasts a large sunny screened in lanai with an outdoor bar/kitchen, TV lounge space, fire pit, indoor/outdoor surround sound system, pool/spa and more! The interior living space has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a split bedroom floor plan with the master on one side and the remaining two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. All bedrooms include a Smart TV, while the living room has a large 75" Smart TV. There is a bonus game room with foosball, an arcade, jumbo connect 4, and many table and card games. This house is both pet friendly with a fully fenced in backyard and kid friendly, with a pack n play, booster chair, baby monitor, toddler play climber and slide, outlet covers and cabinet locks (if needed).

Beautiful home, great location.

Beautiful home, great location. The pool area was huge and so much fun! Great entertainment area for my kids, and the adults. We also loved playing foosball and Pac-Man. We can't wait to go back! Great communication. Great experience!
