If you can appreciate a vintage homes look no further. This is a very spacious home. Fit five of us very comfortably. The front porch and bay window in the kitchen area were my favorite parts of the home. It’s an experience staying in a home like this. I loved it. Way better than staying in a hotel. Is it modernized-not really, but that’s what we found beauty in. Our first time to Oregon and very close to Silver Falls State Park and downtown Silverton. Book it!

We had a great stay! I wish I could give a 4.75 because a four star isn’t enough. Communication before hand was awesome - we had a last minute addition to our group and Tim was very accommodating and prompt in his response. I cooked several meals and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything I needed/wanted. I read all reviews before booking and we did bring drinking water with us and glad we did -well water takes some getting used to. We also knew through reviews that the house is very ‘farm-ey’ and that added to the charm. It’s like staying at grandma’s house. The only reason that I couldn’t give it 5 stars was because the bed we slept on was really, really uncomfortable. The other members in our party did not have any issues with their beds. Thanks for sharing your house with us!!

The beds were made and cleaned. Floors were clean. Some fixtures needed cleaned. Need more detailed instructions for heating and tv. Out side of house needed cleaned. Lots of spiders in house from spider webs outside. Front porch needed cleaned. Allergies acting up due to dust. More detailed instructions on where house is located.

Check in was easy, house was obviously cleaned and there were plenty of linens and towels. The home has old farm house charm. (Including some bugs but nothing not expected for an older home in the country) We thought the beds were uncomfortable, I would recommend upgrading the mattresses. Heavy sulfur smell in the well water, so make sure to bring plenty of drinking water. The front porch is cute but not swept and lots of cobwebs on the porch swing. The road noise was minimal. Location was perfect for our son’s wedding. The kitchen was fully stocked, though we didn’t use the kitchen for cooking.

Beautiful charming home and location

We attended a wedding at the Oregon Gardens, and this was the perfect location to stay at. It was a short 5 min drive and perfect for our party of 4.

The kitchen had good appliances, was well stocked with great pots and pans and plenty of dishes, etc.The location was great but is on a very busy highway with considerable noise at night which was the biggest problem for us. The hosts were accessible and very responsive to any questions or issues we had.
